What if my insurance company wants me to go to another shop?
You have the right to go to the shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop. Davidson’s will warranty all workmanship performed.
Do I need more than one estimate?
No, your insurance carrier does not require you to get more than one estimate.
My car has been in an accident, is it safe to drive?
Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages. Contact us and our collision repair experts can assess the damage to your vehicle and help determine if it is safe to drive until repairs can be scheduled.
Do you warranty your work?
Our collision repairs come with a limited lifetime warranty.
Why is there a difference in price between you and my insurance company’s estimate?
To ensure a proper repair we will work with your insurance company however, many factors can go into why there are differences. Each insurance company has different types of repair plans and different labor hours. Year and mileage of your vehicle can determine whether OEM original factory parts or aftermarket parts are used.
Am I required to go to the facility that my insurance company recommends?
No, you have the right to choose your repair shop. We recommend that you go with a shop that you know and trust. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular repair facility.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

No, you do not need an appointment when you come to any of our 3 locations. Our estimators are available during business hours Mon-Fri, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. However, to give you the undivided attention your claim deserves, appointments are recommended.

What if additional damage is found during the repair of my vehicle?
If additional damage is found during the repairs to your vehicle, and they are determined to be accident related, then the insurance company will pay for them. Davidson’s will produce a supplemental invoice and submit it to the insurance company when this occurs.
